The top players have made it through to the semi-finals at the International Racquetball Tour (IRT) Kentucky Open in Bowling Green. Kane Waselenchuk, riding a 14 match winning streak, now has 15 in a row, as he defeated Chris Crowther, 11-4, 11-5, 11-5 in the quarter finals on Friday.
Top seed Rocky Carson was pushed to five games by Ben Croft. After winning game three by a wide margin to go up 2-1 in games, Carson only scored a single point in game four. But that's as much as Croft could do as Carson won game five and the match, 11-8, 10-12, 11-2, 1-11, 11-4.
Second seed, Jack Huczek, also advanced to the semi-finals by defeating Mitch Williams, who had to default due to injury during their match. Finally, Alvaro Beltran defeated Jason Thoerner, 11-5, 11-3, 7-11, 11-2.
