Alejandro Landa and Polo Gutierrez will face off in the final of the 2013 Chile Open on the World Racquetball Tour (WRT) in Vina del Mar, Chile in what will be an all-Mexico final after they both won their semi-final matches.
Landa beat Anthony Herrera, 15-10, 15-13, and Gutierrez defeated Alejandro Cardona, 15-11, 15-9.
Landa again had to come back in the second game of his match, as he did in the quarter finals against Kurtis Cullen. Herrera had a 9-2 lead on Landa and was also up 13-7. But Landa held him there as he got eight unanswered points to win game two and take the match in two straight games.
The semi-finals go Friday afternoon (3 PM & 4 PM) with the final on Saturday (2 PM) and can be viewed via the WRT website. Chilean time is the same as Eastern time in North America.
