LPRT Doubles Quarterfinals at 2018 UnitedHealthcare US Open

Two out of four quarterfinal doubles matches in the Ladies Professional Racquetball Tour (LPRT) at the 2018 UnitedHeathcare US Open Racquetball Championships in Minneapolis were upset victories. But the top seeds - and two time champions - Paola Longoria and Samantha Salas won their match, defeating Susana Acosta and Kelani Lawrence, 15-9, 15-6, to advance to the semi-finals.

In the semis, Longoria and Salas will face a new team of Nancy Enriquez and Yazmine Sabja, who upset the 4th seeds Natalia Mendez and Maria Jose Vargas, 15-11, 12-15, 11-7.

On the other side of the draw, Angelica Barrios and Jenny Daza were straight game winners over 3rd seeds Cristina Amaya and Adriana Riveros, 15-13, 15-12. They'll play of 2nd seeds Alexandra Herrera and Montserrat Mejia, who defeated Daniela Molina and Masiel Rivera in two straight games, 15-1, 15-6.
