IRT - Party with the Pros in St Louis - Prelim results

The qualifying draw for the International Racquetball Tour's (IRT's) Party with the Pros tournament in St. Louis, Missouri changed from what we had. It looks like Anthony Herrera was a late addition and that resulted in match-ups changing from what The Racquetball Blog posted yesterday. Apologies for any problems.

Big news from qualifying is that junior American player Brad Schopieray has made the Round of 16 for the first time in his career after defeating Juan Herrera in the last round of qualifying, 11-5, 11-2, 12-14, 11-7. Schopieray will play Shane Vanderson in the 16s.

Also making the 16s for the first time were Canadian James Slamko, who defeated Stacey Young, 11-2, 11-7, 11-4, and will now play Rocky Carson in the 16s, and Erik Leetch, who defeated John Scott, 11-2, 11-2, 11-2 and will play Ben Croft in the 16s on Friday.

All of Friday's matches are being streamed live over the internet via the IRT Network. Their streaming will begin at 11:30 AM CDT.
