Wednesday is sort out day at the 22nd International Racquetball Federation (IRF) Junior World Racquetball Championships in Los Angeles, California, as it's the last round of pool play so the toughest matches should be today with the results determining the seeding for the elimination round that will begin Thursday.
For example, in pools of four players there will be several matches of players with two wins each, such as Bradley Kirch (USA) and Cristian Jamie (Domincian Republic) in Boys U18 singles. Also in that division, the 2009 silver medalist Alejandro Cardona of Mexico will play Canadian Jamie Slamko.
Similarly, in Girls U18 American Danielle Key will play Frédérique Lambert of Canada and Jessica Parrilla of Mexico will play Carolina Oña of Bolivia to determine the winners of their respective pools.
The pool play ends Wednesday with the elimination round beginning on Thursday at the Spectrum Club in Los Angeles, California.
Play can be seen over the web via the IRF website.
