Kane Waselenchuk continued to show why he is the #1 player on the International Racquetball Tour (IRT) with a comfortable victory over Rocky Carson in the final of the Kansas City Pro-Am/11th Annual Ghost of Georgetown tournamant, the first event of the IRT season. Waselenchuk won 11-4, 11-4, 11-1.
Waselenchuk's extended his unbeaten streak to 15 tournaments. He last lost in January 2009 in the semi-finals of the California Open to Alvaro Beltran.
The next event on the IRT schedule is next weekend's Cali Columbia Grand Slam, which will be the first IRT Grand Slam event outside of the USA.
