IRT - Tournament of Champions - Round of 16

Charlie Pratt has reached the quarter finals of the 2013 Ektelon Tournament of Champions in Portland, Oregon - a Tier 1 event on the International Racquetball Tour (IRT), in his first match since last fall, as he upset 3rd seed Alvaro Beltran in the Round of 16, 6-11, 11-9, 7-11, 11-7, 11-6.

Veteran Javier Moreno also needed a tie-breaker to defeat Marco Rojas after he let Rojas come back from a 0-2 deficit. Moreno won it in five games, 11-1, 11-7, 7-11, 5-11, 11-3.

Moreno will play IRT #1 Kane Waselenchuk in the quarter finals, as Waselenchuk laid a beating on David Horn, winning 11-1, 11-1, 11-0.

The IRT Network is web-casting the quarter-finals from 4 PM PDT Friday afternoon. Note that the semi-finals and final will be on Saturday. The final is set for 7:00 PM PDT.
