Top IRT doubles seeds through to semi-finals at 2017 UnitedHealthcare US Open

The top three seeds won in quarterfinals of the International Racquetball Tour (IRT) doubles competition at the 2017 UnitedHealthcare US Open in Minneapolis. Two time US Open Champions, Ben Croft and Kane Waselenchuk beat Roland Keller and Conrrado Moscoso, 15-6, 15-11. Second seeds Daniel De La Rosa and Alvaro Beltran also won in straight games over Fernando Rios and Jose Daniel Ugalde, 15-7, 15-11.

But the other two quarters went tie-breaker. Third seeds Jansen Allen and Samuel Murray came back from a game down to defeat Jose Diaz and Jake Bredenbeck, 10-15, 15-7, 11-6, while Andree Parrilla and Rodrigo Montoya were able to upset 4th seeds Sebastian Franco and Mario Mercado, 15-13, 14-15, 11-1.

The IRT semi-finals at 2017 UnitedHealthcare US Open will be Friday evening at 5:20 PM and 7:20 PM with the final Saturday at 5 PM at the Life Time Athletic Target Center club in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota.
