Thursday results from 2022 USA Racquetball National Championships

No crazy upsets Thursday at the 2022 USA Racquetball (USAR) National Championships in College Station, Texas. The main surprise came in Mixed Doubles, as 6th seeds Sam Bredenbeck and Lexi York came back to upset 3rd seeds Kelani Lawrence and Sudsy Monchik, 11-3, 7-11, 11-13, 12-10, 11-9. They’ll play 2nd seeds Erika Manilla and Adam Manilla, who were winners over 7th seeds Jose Diaz and Rhonda Rajsich, 11-8, 12-10, 11-3.

The higher seeds generally won in the other US Team Qualifying divisions. All top two seeds advanced in men's and women's singles and doubles. Note the doubles finals are on Saturday, while the singles finals will be on Sunday.
