LPRT Wilson Tour for Hope - Round of 16

More upsets at the Ladies Professional Racquetball Tour (LPRT) Wilson Tour for Hope in Cincinnati, Ohio, including a win by 14th seed Aubrey Kirch over 3rd seed Samantha Salas, 11-9, 11-9, 8-11, 11-5, in the Round of 16. Kirch will play another upset winner in the quarter finals in 11th seed Frédérique Lambert, as Lambert beat 6th seed Susana Acosta, 11-6, 6-11, 11-9, 6-11, 11-6.

That match will be a repeat of the 2011 World Junior Girl's U18 title match, which Kirch - then O'Brien - won.

Perhaps the most impressive upset was 21st seed Michelle Key's win over 5th seed Cristina Amaya, as it was in three straight games, 11-6, 11-8, 12-10. Kirch will play 4th Maria Jose Vargas in the quarters, as Vargas came back from 2-1 down against Sofia Rascon to win 11-8, 5-11, 7-11, 11-7, 11-3.

The top three seeds all won comfortably in three straight games, including LPRT #1 Paola Longoria's win over Sheryl Lotts, 11-4, 11-7, 11-2.
