Top seeds to face off in IRT Doubles final at 2017 IRT Lewis Drug Pro-Am

The top two seeds in the International Racquetball Tour (IRT) Doubles division will meet in the final of the 2017 Lewis Drug Pro-Am in Sioux Falls, South Dakota on Sunday, when Rocky Carson and Jose Diaz will face off against Alvaro Beltran and Daniel De La Rosa. In the semi-finals, Carson and Diaz beat Sebastian Franco and Mario Mercado, 15-6, 15-8, and Beltran and De La Rosa defeated brothers Jose and Marco Rojas, 15-12, 15-11.

Franco and Mercado were upset winners over Jansen Allen and Samuel Murray in the quarterfinals, winning in a tie-breaker, 15-12, 5-15, 11-8.

The singles semi-finals will be 4 & 5 PM Saturday and webcast live via the IRT Network. The doubles final will be Sunday at noon, although it is scheduled after the singles final, so the start time will depend on how long the singles final goes.
