First round of 43rd Annual Lewis Drug IRT Pro-Am

No real surprises in the first round of play at the 43rd Annual Lewis Drug International Racquetball Tour (IRT) Pro-Am in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. There was a tie-breaker, as Anthony Martin held off Tanner Gross, 15-13, 14-15, 11-8. Also, Jordan Barth won two close games versus Ty Hedalen, 15-14, 15-12.

There were three Canadians in round one, and two made it into the Round of 32. Kurtis Cullen beat Carlos Ramirez, 15-6, 15-4, and Lee Connell had a walkover win from Diego Gastelum. But Tanner Prentice lost to veteran John Goth, 15-7, 15-3.

The Round of 16 will be Friday morning at 10 and 11 AM. The quarterfinals will be Friday night starting at 5 PM with the semi-finals Saturday afternoon at 4 and 5 PM. The final is Sunday at 11 AM. All times Central.
