WPRO - Terrapin Shootout - Rajsich & Longoria in the final

Conditions were tough on Saturday afternoon at the Terrapin Shootout in Gaithersburg, Maryland, a Tier 1 Women's Professional Racquetball Organization (WPRO) tournament. The court walls were damp leading to unexpected bounces. From the score lines in the quarter finals and semis, it's clear that some players adjusted to this better than others, as only one match of those six went more than three games and in only a few games did the losing side have more than five points.

However, the final match-up is the expected one as #1 Rhonda Rajsich will play #2 Paola Longoria in the final on Sunday. Rajsich defeated #4 Kerri Wachtel in the semi-finals, 5-11, 12-10, 11-9, 11-8, while Longoria made short work of #3 Cheryl Gudinas Holmes in the other semi, winning 11-1, 11-3, 11-3.

The final will be at noon eastern time Sunday, and can be seen on Racquetball Online.tv.
