2010 US Open - Women's Round of 32

Day two of the 2010 US Open in Minneapolis and action in the Women's Professional Racquetball Organization's (WPRO's) main draw has begun but only one match is complete. Second seed Rhonda Rajsich beat Frédérique Lambert, 11-1, 11-9, 11-5.

The main upset of the qualifying rounds was Jessica Parrilla defeating the 2nd seeded qualifier Sheryl Lotts. Parrilla fought back from a 2-1 deficit in games to win it in the tie-breaker, 11-6, 3-11, 6-11, 11-8, 11-6.
