There will be one all-Mexican and one all-American semi-final at the Ladies Pro Racquetball Tour (LPRT) Abierto Mexicano de Racquetas tournament in Toluca, Mexico, Saturday evening after the quarter final results from earlier in the day.
The Mexico semi-final battle will be between LPRT #1 Paola Longoria and Samantha Salas Solis. In the quarter finals, Longoria defeated Cheryl Gudinas, 11-1, 11-1, 11-4, and Salas Solis beat Susanna Acosta, 10-12, 11-2, 11-1, 11-3.
The American stand off will be between two former #1 players, as 2nd seed Rhonda Rajsich defeated Jennifer Saunders, 11-2, 11-8, 11-1, and 14th seed Jackie Paraiso beat T. J. Baumbaugh, 11-1, 11-2, 11-3.
The semi-finals be Saturday evening, and final will be on Sunday at 6 PM CST and we believe it will be televised in Mexico.
