The Ladies Pro Racquetball Tour (LPRT) is in action in Seattle with the Puget Sound Challenge this weekend. Twenty two players are in the draw, and twenty one of them will be trying to stop Paola Longoria's winning streak that is goes back to May 2011. But Longoria, the LPRT's #1 player, is certainly the one to beat.
The first best chance to beat Longoria could go to Samantha Salas Solis in the quarter finals in what would be a Mexican showdown between World Champion doubles players.
Another interesting potential quarter final match could be LPRT #2 Rhonda Rajsich versus Cheryl Gudinas, which would be a battle former #1 players.
Also of interest will be the performance of Krystal Csuk and Kerri Wachtel, as they are separated by only a few points in the rankings at #3 and #4 respectively, so if Wachtel goes further in the draw than Csuk, she could take back the #3 spot.
Play begins on Friday morning with the Round of 32 matches. The Round of 16 matches will be Friday afternoon and evening, then the quarter finals and semi-finals will go on Saturday and final on Sunday. There will be live streaming from Seattle via the LPRT Network.
