IRT - Florida Spring Break QFs

All four top seeds won their quarter final matches on Friday at the International Racquetball Tour (IRT) Florida Spring Break Pro-Am tournament and they did so in convincing fashion. Kane Waselenchuk, the IRT's #1 player, beat Andy Hawthorne, 11-2, 11-4, 11-4, and IRT #2 Rocky Carson also had a three straight game victory over Shane Vanderson, 11-7, 11-6, 11-4.

The third and fourth seeds also won in three straight. Third seed Ben Croft defeated Chris Crowther, 11-6, 11-1, 11-5, and Jack Huczek took out Jose Rojas, 11-2, 11-2, 13-11.

Rojas almost forced a fourth game, as he came back from 10-1 down to lead 11-10. But he wasn't able to get the 12th point, as the lob serves he was hitting tight to the right side wall couldn't carry him over the finish line.
